Verein

The association Shedhalle Tübingen e.V. – Forum für zeitgenössische Künste was founded in April 2001. The association has regular members who actively participate in the work of the association as well as supporting members who support the association financially.

Mission

The Shedhalle Tübingen e.V. creates a forum for contemporary arts in the Shedhalle of the former slaughterhouse. Taking both, classical and new media into account, the association presents exhibitions of contemporary art on an area of over 1000 square metres.

With the participation of regional, national and international artists, in addition to exhibitions, guest artist residencies, art festivals, concerts, workshops and experimental events are realised and networked with the local art scene.

The Shedhalle is member of ADKV
