Nicolas Hermansen, Belgium, is a multidisciplinary artist working in performance, sound and visual arts. He’s the founder of la [SIC], a live performance arts company. His work, as a solo artist or with La [SIC] has been presented in many European countries and the USA. Highly influenced by Richard Foreman and the Ontological Theatre with whom he worked, Nicolas Hermansen has a Bachelor degree in Theatre studies ‘DAMS’ (Un. of Bologna) and a Master degree in Theatre Directing from the Institut del Teatre/UAB/Pompeu Fabra (Spain). In 2016 his work has been presented at the Black Box gallery (USA), at PAD International performance Festival (Germany) in Lightworks Festival of new media (UK), ODD Festival (Spain). In 2017 he presented the performance/- ausstellung 'Mont Mémoire' at Mutuo Gallery
